More specifically, how does the business reporter for the newspaper determine what exciting new companies or products to write about, and how can someone send a newspaper information about a business, his or someone else's, so it might be considered for such an article. Information on the Dallas Morning News would be helpful.

Talking about designs, drawings, photos that I have done - client wants this all returned so that he can give them to someone else - have given him soft copy of all I have but beleive I do not have to give anything that has been generated by me and stored on hard drive in computer. I have not yet been payed for work carried out.

I have a Consumer Consulting Company. It's current company name is BUILD 4 U . I help the consumer (someone that wants to buy and build a new home) as a consultant, Iam pretty good at what I do, I have helped out a lot of people over the years, But I would say that 6 out of 10 people that call ask me to build them a home. I only advise them during the construction process. I help them with designing their home making sure that they understand what it will cost, seek out and qualify a Builder, negoiate a price, look over the contract before they sign, do an evaluation on their homesite, have inspections (with reports) during phases of the project all the way to the final closing. Also, if any problems come up during construction with the Builder, I go in the talk to the Builder for them and straighten things out.

I do not build homes, sooooooo, what would you name this company ? 10 Points awaits the best answer. Thanks

I have this friend here in Dunedin N/ Zealand,He has a wicked tallent on making clothes that also has a pretty cool name and logo.In the past he has made jeans and stuff for some other friends to what they exaclly want in a pair of clothing.What would be a good marking idea? does he go to stores around town eg. Cheapskates which are also nation-wide and try sell it to them or go at it alone? We reallise that it is if tough choice to make because if it becomes hudge he needs to set aside money for extra staff to keep up with product manafacturing,should he make up some clothing then see what other companies think that he could sell to,if it takes of it would end up being a brand like Vans,Converse,Rusty,Roxy.A group of us see the potential of it turning into a mainstream name.He doesn't plan on making it as expensive as the other names listed but of the same if not better quility,and will also make clothes to suit a customer like one of my friends wanted a pair of jeans with 16 pockets
