After the startup costs of preparing the artwork you could expect to pay from $3000 to $1000 or more per month depending on how many people pass by that billboard each month. If that is too much cable TV always has low rates and a lot of eyeballs looking at your ad.

It is entirely based off of location. In a city like Houston, TX or Atlanta, GA, on a highway, anywhere from 12-20k/month, plus the one time fee of design and or construction.
In smaller markets, maybe 100 - 1000/month or more depending on where it's located.
Contact Lamar advertising. They are the largest billboard company in America.
