I mean, I know 3 people who either tried out for commercial or modeling at different agencies and never got a call back. I know it's like a competition out there. But it's really helpful to the one's trying out if the agencies post up what type of looks are they going for in order to go for the tryout/interview. It saves time and traveling that way.

Anyone know of a place that don't charge too much to get you top search engine placement. The company that use to host my site use to do it for free and it lasted 2 years. Now they charge $100 a month which is a little too much for me.

I operate a few website and was looking for alternatives to monetizing my site besides Google Adsense. I understand that Yahoo/Overture has a similar program, yeat I can't find anywhere to sign up for it, especially if you don't live in the states and don't have a valix US tax ID number. Is there anyway for Canadian publishers to monetize their sites by showing Overture/Google ads on their website? I almost found one form, but yahoo wants you to have over 30 million pageviews a month, who gets that many page views? Please help...

I co-founded a nonprofit to save the world. Web page is
http://rangevoting.org . The main idea is "Range Voting," a more-democratic way to vote. (Problem with world: poor
decision-making algorithm. Solution: RV.) There are good reasons to believe every day we delay getting RV costs over 5000 lives,
and that democracy-with-RV is better than present democracy by about the same amount that betters non-democracy.
If you click "endorse" on that page you can fill out a form to endorse various statements. I want to get lots more people to endorse it, especially Nobel prize winners, generals, Episcopalian bishops, senators, etc. etc. The QUESTION, is how to make that happen.
