Our home is on the market for sale. A buyer submitted an offer to purchase our home and we accepted the offer. The purchase agreement was signed by both buyer and seller. The buyer backs out of the deal one day after agreement was signed and stops payment on the escrow check. The only contigency of the contact was home inspection. The buyer backs out even before the inspection was order.

As the seller what rights do we have? Or is it worth fighting for considering that the conract was on in effect for one day?

i've worked in factories and i've worked in restaurants and housekeeping i can't do the factory jobs now because of the heavy lifting, restaurants a no because of the stress and slick kitchen floors and housekeepings a no because of the cleaning chemicals i got laidoff from my last job and they closed down i need advice on what to do because even thought i went to college for computer technology i can't find a job like that because every one says they can't hire me cause i don't have the work experience so i am open to suggestions

I was thinking about banking about Wachovia, and I talked to them and they told me you needed 100 dollars to open an account. Does anybody here that banks with them or just knows whether or not this is a fee, or just a certain amount you need in the account to open it?

a member of my family has obtained photo copys of my childrens social security cards, this person makes it a point to file them with out my permission and then denies that they have filled my children, but this person only works part time and makes minimum wage, has no children of there own. and is getting back over $3,000 on there refund, when i go down to flie i am told that both my children have been claimed already, what can i do to stop this from happening? and can i go back and file 2 years combined!? please help me with this it is very frustrating and it hurts me financially. my family depends on this return, and i feel it is being stolen from me.

I came across this ad below and many others like it while searching for credit building techniques. If something like this actually works it would be an invaluable service that could save 10's of thousands of dollars when getting a mortgage. Anyone ever done this before and is it legal?

It is further ordered that general unsecured creditors will receive no less than $8,000.00 total.

I just sent my husband to his credit union but he forgot to put the check into the envelope that he put in the ATM, what is the bank going to do, has this happened to anybody before?? and to make the situation worse our car payment is due and i have used the entire deposit already because with our bank the money becomes available immedalitly. i talked to him and told him to go back first think in the morning to explain the situation to the branch manager but for some reason i am flipping out!!!!!!!!!!!
