night that he died in a car accicent the day before christmas. What is going to happen to the house and us now. They hadnt paid their house off yet, and if you think about it we are basically paying the house off for them. We had signed a one year contract and we still have 6 months left in the contract. A friend told me that the courts will have to decide who the house will be left to. And I dont know if the husband had a will because he was only 20. Do you have any ideas about we should expect to happen, should we be looking for a new house to rent?

I have tried talking to our supervisor, but the supervisor says that if they have no babysitter and are needed at in the office they can bring the kids in.They wont let them work from home when the children are sick, they bring them in and I get sick along with everyone else.I like kids but HATE being sick....last winter and spring I had one cold after another. Other than look for another job, which I am considering, what else can I do? I dont want to be sick for the next 4 months!!

I'm 51 years old. Is it a percentage or lump amount for everyone...I received info from my retirement rep., but he said "the maximum normal amount is $15,000 and increases to $20,000 after age 50" but I am confused if this is the maximum for a any salary such as someone making $200,000 and there is a maximum cap... is it a percentage for everyone with a max cap at $20,000 if over 50? If it is a percentage, he is misleading me because I make under $50,000 and if it is a percentage, I could not save that much...If I saved 15% then I would be only able to save $7,500 or so at most

In my usual life i don't have friends or anything but when job searching, i do try my best to change. However, i've spoken to Japanese people who are shyer than me and they have Jobs. How is that?

Is it easier for shy people in Japan to be accepted in companies?
