There is one problem, everything today is made inferior, and not at all under any quality control. Americans, that used to know what was well made and of good quality, have lost that discrimination, in favor of quantity, and speed of production. They have become impatient, spoiled and of poor quality themselves.

I have work at my job for 17 years,new people get almost the same wage and get treated better so they will stay, I live in a small town so there isnt much choice,it pays the bills.I think then could be little bit more staff friendly.I work in a care facility,i know our main concern is our people we take care of, but if the magement would add a little more effort to us staff maybe there wouldnt be so much turn over,without the direct caregivers who would take care patients..

I'm perfectly happy with my employer. I earn a good salary, am treated with respect, manage my own projects and I get 8 weeks off per year. I'm only 28 though so this may dramatically plummet once they realise that the reason I'm so efficient is that I'm constantly stoked on amphetamines.

My employer has his faults, but he's human just like you and I.
I just do the best job I can give in each 8-hour period that I'm paid and then go home.
If you can't stand it, find something else.

I'm a legal American and personally i think that ALL management sucks...I'd like to find the rock that they all crawl out from under, I'd nuke it...just my opinion
