Traci the realtor said if you buy my house I will give you 5000.00 at closing.She said I will selll the house to you for 115000.00 but we will take out the loan for 120000.00 so she would get more of a cut for being the realtor.She also wrote a statement saying she would pay the 5000.00 within 24 hours of closing.That was thursday we closed and this is sunday and she is avoiding me.She said the deal was still on but everytime she agrees to meet me she never shows up or calls.What can we do about this.?

Don't we need taxes to support the troops or can we just borrow from China forever and never pay back? there is no such thing as a free lunch. that is what being conservative means. you pay for what you want.

decided to take it. i paid last month rent but knew i would be out by the first of the next month. so i canceled the curent rent check because the landlord had not cashed it yet. i have the reciept but now he is saying he has no record of it because in the 5 years i lived there the property was sold 3 times. he is now saying he is going to press charges against me including check fraud and theft of his property for the month i lived there and did not pay him. any info on what he can really do? i live in mass. if it makes a difference. thanks

I have a BA in English from Union College (Barbourville, KY). I graduated in 2000 with the honor of Magna *** Laude with a GPA 3.76. I am currently a graduate student at Monmouth University in New Jersey working on my MA in English. I have 5.5 years of experience with the United States Department of Justice, specifically with the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Correctional Officer. I am time barred but have 3mth ext for personal injury claim against X employers. I was dumped by corrupt union officials and union solicitor 2wks before time bar and 1wk after they told me I had a good case for negligence after I was beaten up at work as a security guard for a local authority (18yrs). What I reported to management that day led to a cover up of bad practice and our lives being ruined forever as far as I can see, as it was preferred to cast me as an unreliable witness the Patsy for the chop. I can't believe they would do such a thing, but they have and this has added to my sickness which I have received Industrial Injuries benefit for since the incident on 2 Nov 03 and Incapacity. I was not sacked for nearly 2 years and did not recieve pay for over 12months. I have no money now and cqnnot afford a clerk yet alone a solicitor. Please can anyone help I am desperate as I will be left with nothing and I did nothing wrong
