My client is selling a house and her son is supposed to be taking care of it and fixing it up so it will be easier to sell. Instead, he trashes the place and sits around drinking all day. Should I tell her about this? She lives in another state and is trusting him to do all the repairs and yard work. If you were the seller, would you want me to tell you about this? Or is it not my place to tell her that her son is an alcholic, lying bum?

I've seen resumes with one page, two pages, even five pages. I've read books that say that one should never exceed two pages or else the resume won't be read at all. But for someone who may have a long business experience, it can be quite difficult to summarize his/her whole business life in two pages, specially when you have to attract other people's attention to your abilities and accomplishments. What's the common sense in that ?

I am a supervisor in a doctor's office. I have an employee that has a degree in women's studies, and she is making all employees in her area miserable. She does her job, but his very rude, disrespectful, and lets others know that she is documenting everything they do, even though this is not her job. How do I legally get rid of this employee? On what grounds can I fire her. The only reason she is really still there is because she knows whose butt she needs to kiss. The doctor loves her.

Okay, I have more than just this question, here it goes. Basically I have Bills owed from when I was younger, and No more than about 6000 in debt. It seems impossible for me to track down who to talk to so I can pay back, and get out of debt. Does anyone know of a card out there where I could possibly take all those bills and pay them off with this card, and then make payments to this card. I seriously need to get out of debt, and have no clue where to start. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks

We just got our credit scores in the mail because we applied for a home equity line of credit and they have to tell us our scores. Anyhow, my husband's is 10 points higher than mine. We both have the same thing. One credit card in each of our names, the house is in both our names, and our cars are in both our names. However, all utilites, phones, TV, internet, etc. are all in my name. All bills are ALWAYS paid ON TIME and IN FULL and we NEVER carry a balance on our credit cards. If we need to use a card for a purchase, it is ALWAYS PAID IN FULL AND ON TIME. Is the fact that the bills are in my name affecting my credit score? Simply because the number of "accounts" I have open? I can't think of anything else that would be affecting my score. When we got married, my husband's credit score was quite a bit lower than mine, so what happened that he ended up having a higher credit score?

I know it's a sticky situation, but I was hoping someone out there might be able to offer up some answers. I am thinking that they shouldn't be liable since they're not able to legally enter into a contract, but I don't know what the exact law is as it pertains to banking.

We filed bankruptcy last year. My spouse wanted to keep a credit card so he didnt include it. Now it is maxed out and they are charging ungodly interest. What are our options? Can we just say we forgot about it? OR just not pay it. What would happen. Our credit is already bad.

I have a maintenance guy who is way short of insight into what a maintenance person's duties are at a small historic community which is carrying a lot of prestige. This community has won two national and one state award for restoration and renovation. It was almost an 8 million dollar venture and the building is beautiful. How do I get him to realize that each time he sees something that needs attention, whether it be trash on the grounds or scratches on the elevator doors, that he should go ahead and take care of the situation. When there are stains on the carpets and you see them, get the carpet cleaner and clean it, when there is yuck on a wall, get a rag and wipe it. Ha!, not him! His theory is that if there isnt a work order, then there isnt anything that needs attention. Any one have any training solutions? Any websites that I can glean some info from to present to him? I have talked until I am exausted! I wish I had the power to show him the door, but I dont, darn it!

My parents found 5 $20 bills at a grocery store. My mom was asking me what I would do. I told her what I thought. What they had done was different. Just curious as to what other people would do.

I am doing a report for my College English course on Small Business, and need to know what others consider as a small business. By this I mean: what size do you think of when you think of small business (how many employees, or yearly profit)? Additionally, what types of businesses come to mind when you think of small business? Any input will help, so please take the time to answer my question, and tell your friends too. Thanx.

I have already used my free trials at the big three credit bureaus, and don't want to have to pay too much to see my credit score. I've found ways to see my credit score for $15 but I'd rather spend less than that. Any suggestions?
