The problem is i found someone to the the refi but it would only save me 300. I have no pre-pay penalties and wont have any if i do refi. Also i dont have to pay a closing cost. Should i just wait for 6 months when my score would be higher to qualify for better rates or take the offer and refi again in 6 months

If your work for one company, doing two jobs with separate pay scales but ultimately working a full 40 hours a week, doesn't that make you elegable for benefits? Does the employer have the right to deny you such benefits because each position is part-time?

Our lease is up next month and we DO NOT want to stay where we are at. We found a much better apartment in a much better area. All the paper work is done and I think we are approved the only issue is with the apartment manager where we are at right now. He will not call them back and tell them we paid our rent on time. He just says he never got a phone call and I know he did. The new apartment gave me dates and time of when they called. What should i do now? If he does not call back I dont think we will get this place. There has to be a way to get him to call back or another way around him. Please help.

I have opened a home-based party plan business that sells stamping supplies for scrapbooking, card making, etc. I have a company provided web site and e-mail that I get to customize. I need help deciding what to request. I would like it to be easy for people to remember and say something about me, my area, my, business etc. Should I just use my name? If I advertise on my vehicle, I wasn't too thrilled with my name on my car window. I'm also keeping in mind when people do a web search for my products or company, making it easier for my web page to be listed. Thanks!
Oh yeah, I should mention that we're the company with the acrylic stamps but we can't use "Acrylix" because it's the company's trademark.

I was thinking of making some extra cash to rebuild my beautiful home here in New Orleans, something along the lines of ebay. From what I gather, you don't necessarily need any sort of license to resell things online, even in bulk. What my question is, is how would I go about filing my taxes and doing all "fun" stuff? Would the state automatically know, or would I somehow have to inform them? I just don't want to goto jail for tax evasion ;)
