I began temping at a company several months ago. I work alongside an employee there who has been on board for 11 years.
He does his work, but most times I've been told that when I do things on the job, they're mostly things he should be doing......

And he'll get demanding over it. To him, from what I've been told, there has always been a problem between him and the temps that have worked there. Basically, we're pieces of s*it to the guy. At any rate, he has practically no personality, is very serious all the time and hardly talks to people that work in the company. He tries to be polite, but it always sounds contrived and forced.

He also doesn't come off as sincere. If you ever say something to him that he doesn't agree with, he'll threaten to go to the boss or hiring manager. He's done it in the past.

We have to drive our car down the road for some pickups several times a day. But he (not even a boss) contests this and will look at you with a

A question on "financial investment spreads": I am interested in purchasing the mutual fund RYSJX Rydex Dynamic Strengthening Dollar C.

Can I go one step further, can I create a "spread" as follows to increase my reward if the Dollar does strengthen: spread Long (RYSJX) and Short (RYWJX) ---- Long Rydex Dynamic Strengthening Dollar C RYSJX and Short Rydex Dynamic Weakening Dollar RYWJX. The question is: does shorting a short that is decreasing in value make the thing increase in value; in other words does it work, like multiplying a negative by a negative to get a positive?

I guess it is true what they say.... it's easier to deal with bad credit when you have no money.

I need advice. I have started doing really good financially lately... making over $120k/annually for about the last 2 years.

The problem is that I have really bad credit from write-offs and so forth when I was younger - my fault completely. But now that I am more financially stable and responsible I would like to look into getting a nice car (from somewhere other than a bad credit dealership), and possibly look into buying a house at some point in the future.

What is the first step for correcting bad credit quickly? Should I hire a CPA or lawyer to help me, or are there companies that can assist with this sort of thing? Any related experiences would be helpful, but general info is welcome as well. Thanks. =)
