nothing about, it seams to me that some times people think you are trying to be a big shot or a know it all if you understand things more clearly than they seam to,mainly if you are training them to do a job for their employer and you are the trainner, how do you avoid problems with people being negitive about the fact you are not as stupid as they wish you where,i realize full well we all need respect, and i give out more than i recive and often overlook disrespect from others , so tell me how to get around this seamingly never ending problem , im very paitent and understanding and never push to hard for results, always finding the strong points they have and building their trainning from their, what can it be that i am missing, any ideas on this??? thanks so much and please have a nice day.

I have a debt consolidation loan I got a few years ago and I'm putting it in my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy I'm getting ready to do. My computer is the only item I listed as collateral $700 is what they put it was worth and I bought it at Walmart for $500 two years ago. Will I loose it when this goes into my bankruptcy. I can afford to get a new one in about a month from Walmart but would really like to hold onto it. Any idea's on how I can keep it?

Hey guys I am really down and out, I can't find a job that ever works for me. I just got fired from my job tonight at as a late night grocery stocker which was terribly fast paced anyway and I wanted to quit so bad. I've been through a lot of jobs but I can't seem to find the one that works for me. I've been a telemarketer (too much stress and preassure to sell), worked in factories and grocery stores (too fast paced), done data entry typing (which was good but I'm moving to Toronto soon and apparently you need to know keystroke 1-10 which i don't), fast food and nursing home food prep (hated both and moved on) and a few non-sales positions which were nice, I would call buisnesses and ask if they used credit cards then asked if they take american experss and hang up, easy. I liked that position a lot. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should take up that would fit into a person like me. I don' have a liscesnce, want to be alone, and don't care if the job is repedaive/but slow!

Okay I am 20 yrs old, single, never married, no kids. Washington state resident. I just bought a duplex (resedential real estate w/ tenant) It IS my primary residence and I am suppose to live there although I don't. No one knows that. I work under the table (no tax deductions) so I have no proof of income whatsoever. I pay interest for 2 yrs w/ the mortgage I got. I heard a lot about claiming "tax deductions" on the interest, if I work under the table and possibly will get a second just making under $800 a month and I will claim 0. What will the tax deductions on the property give me? Will I get a bigger tax return? Will they pay me back some of the taxes I paid to the mortgage company? Please explain it to me. I deeply appreciate it. Thank You!

Is anyone familiar with Custody Accounts with Foreign Banks? I opened an account in a foreign country to trade securities directly on their exchange through their broker. But because I am a foreign investor they hold my deposit funds in a Custodial Account (not a money market account like in the USA). The purpose of the Custody Account is to give the Bank/Brokerage absolute legal control on what happens to my holdings. The Custody Account allows them to hold all funds and securities in it. MY QUESTION TO ANYONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE: Will the Custody Account Interest Rate be combined with the (Security) Rate of Return? In other words, can i multiply the foreign interest rate by the rate of return (Security)?

I'm trying to get a job and I put my app's in factorys and im thinking about calling them. but what do u say? dont they have a name they people at the factory that does the hireing? u know at a fast food u ask for the manger but what u say when u call a facorty. i dont wanna call em and go. "hey can i speak 2 the guy that does the hireing i just wanna check on my app". do they have a name?
