whats the factory guys name? kinda long but plz help!?

Ok hey all.. I'm trying to get a job and I put my app's in factorys and im thinking about calling them. but what do u say? dont they have a name they people at the factory that does the hireing? u know at a fast food u ask for the manger but what u say when u call a facorty. i dont wanna call em and go. "hey can i speak 2 the guy that does the hireing i just wanna check on my app". do they have a name?
