I have informations on permits, and possible locations. Should I sign a lease then get a permit? Should I get permits and license then sign a lease? Is there anyone who opened their own restaurant that can help me? I am in Chicago.....

I've read the Investopedia entry on a trailing-stop, but what I don't understand is this: If "the price of the stop-loss adjusts as the stock price fluctuates," then when the price goes down, the stop-loss point goes down too, and it would never be executed.

Jobs that earn mid to high wages are safe and friendly places to work with a few benefits such as perks and health care (this is not necessarily important but would be nice) (the perks and benefits) and with no experience necessary types of jobs not the jobs themselves.

I work in the I.T. field and have been working with the current global company for 19 months. My boss has given me a lot of opportunities to advance. The entire I.T. team, my boss and I really get a long. However, I don't really like the company; perhaps the reason is it's a private firm, and they like they do things the way they want but not following any corporate standard. Especially, the CEO's son, I hate him to death. He's a prick, and everyone in the company knows that. Back in May, I resigned because I had enough of the place; I was overworked - non stop BB messages 24/7. I left the company for a week, but I returned the following week. My boss and I had spoken a lot to get things worked out; things did get better. Now, I got two guys to help with local office stuff. But, I can't stop having the feeling that I hate this company - the way how the company operates , but CEO's son and etc. I feel like leaving the company again and not return.I don't want to do this to my boss

I finally got a friend of mine to take a look at her credit report since she doens't pay any of her credit card bills and hasn't for awhile. We got her report and there are some things we aren't sure what they mean.

Here is what one account looks like:
"Account charged off/Past due 150 days. $979 written off. $197 past due as of May 2005."

"This account is scheduled to continue on record until Aug 2011."

"Recent Balance: $979 as of 05/2005"

"Account history: Charge Off as of May 2005
180 days as of May 2005
150 days as of Apr 2005
120 days as of Mar 2005
90 days as of Feb 2005
60 days as of Jan 2005
30 days as of Dec 2004, Jan 2003, Oct 2002"

So what does the whole charged off thing mean? And where it says it will stay on record until August 2011, what does that mean? She thinks it might mean she won't have to pay it after that? Like it will go away from her report?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I'm thinking of donating a working car to a charity for actual usage (not to be sold at auction). In which case i would be able to claim the actual fair market value of the car on my taxes, which is $2500. How much would that actually save me? and yes, i looked it up, if the charity is actually USING the car and not selling it for a profit, i can deduct the fair market value.
