given a response ive gotten here i should be able to earn 75-90k per year depending. I am receiving ssdi. currently i dont pay any income tax. what tax % will i expect to pay on my investments given my situation. also what is the maximum income to be considered low income. Does having $1,000,000 in stock put me in another bracket? if so what is the tax on that? Is any of this making sense? i appreciate your response and patience. thank you - charlie

I am doing a debate for a class, and I am on the side saying CEO's make too much money compared to their employees. I've come up with some good information, but just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas I did not think of. What are some good arguments to support the fact that CEOs should not be making as much money as they do?

I want to invest in something that will grow my money. I just had a daughter and I would like her to have a nice amount of money when she turns 21. I don't want her to be able to access it until then and she may have to meet some conditions before receiving it or it will go to charity. What is available for me to do this?

I have been told that I will be laid off work from my small factory soon. I don't know if I should go out now and look for a different job now or wait until I am laid off to look or just collect unemployment until I am called back to work. I am a member of the UAW union and I have recall rights. What would you do?

A Muslim friend of mine sold them to me for a low price, when I looked at the labels I realized they said 100% silk, and made in exotic places like Pakistan and India. I looked on the internet and saw
that specialty websites sold these scarves in the 30 and 40 dollar range.

For instance, if you owe $1000 on a bill, and the creditor knows you are disabled and legally judgement proof. If you return to work, and are willing to pay the debt to the creditor, rather than file bankruptcy(which means I'm not liable for the judgement), will a creditor agree to have the late payment history removed and show the debt as paid in full, or just have it removed completely so that the debtor can begin to rebuild their credit history?

Most people would easily opt to file bankruptcy, but I would prefer to pay off my debt if the above arrangements can be made which works out for the creditor and myself. Please, do not respond to this question if you do NOT have something to back up your answer of yes or no.

I've had plenty of people tell me NO, based on their opinions. I'm looking for some type of law or valid LEGAL reason to explain why this is or is not possible. I figure, if the credit bureaus only report what creditor's tell them, perhaps this is possible.
