Another thought is that you might want to sell them as a "High Fashion Scarf". This will broaden the base of potential customers beyond only Muslim women.

You can also find authentic 100 % silk hijabs for around 10 bucks online. (I have even seen them for free with an order of so many dollars) ebay comes to mind if you do not have a web site or do not want to create a website. I think you better off with something like ebay or amazon.com since this will be a one off kind of deal. (meaning you do not have an endless supply of this product right?)
Since they get traffic to their sites that will eliminate you needing to proomote your site to the level where it comes up in the first couple of pages on a search engine.
Other than online, you could do swap meets or street fairs.
