Well, these days Greater Noida is rising day-by-day in property people from UP and Delhi are now moving to Greater Noida. I also agree that Gurgaon is slightly higher in property price, as it considered as cyber city or metropolitan city. And the life in Gurgaon is very cool as many reputed MNC's are located there.
However, if you are looking in Greater Noida then nothing is best then Jaypee Greens.
