I have a "good" credit score. I have one credit card + a student loan. I watch my score so I can qualify for lower interest rates on future loans (auto, home) and save money. Is having one credit card bad?

I had an interview with Bed, Bath, and Beyond on Tuesday, and they were looking for workers that can work during the graveyard shift. I didn't accept the job because I was hoping for a position for daytime. Now, I know it's professional to send a Thank-you letter to the business area you wanted to apply for a job position at, but should I send a thank you to Bed, Bath, and Beyond despite the fact that I rejected their job position?

I left negative comments,she responded calling me a liar and saying she offered me my money back(a lie).She said I was new and didn't know the ropes.We are both in the U.S,she is in Washington and I am in Texas.It has been 22 days now...what is the next step to getting my money back or the product ?

the house has 7 bedrooms. 2 on top floor with full bath, 2 on main floor with full bath and din/living room, 3 on first floor with full bath and kitchenet with livingroom.

Since the 2 on the top floor have the view and are the biggest and they share 1 bath I was going to charge more for those two.

the 2 on the main floor have a kitchen and a large living room (original hardwood floor)
the 3 on the first floor (used to be a daylight basement, renovated 6 months aggo) i was going to charge a little less since its 3 people sharing 1 bath.

the mortgage is 3500,

I am taking over this property as a favor to a friend that had to fire her former manager (letting rent slip in leu of sex) The house is in an area next to Lake Washington and the University of Washington. My backround is in 1-12 unit apartments, this is my first "house" rental...any help will ..help.

I'd just like to see how many YES answers I get... you can tell the whole story if you want to. My son was t-boned by an old lady turning left - he was going straight - and that was almost 4 months ago, and he still hasn't gotten them to pay a liability claim. Everybody we talk to - insurance agents - the car storage company - all say that State Farm ALWAYS does this. Now I know that they must pay SOME claims... so I don't really want to hear about those. I just want to see how many people DON'T get their claims paid by State Farm.

Is anyone using Physican's Life Insurance as their provider? Its a very old company and I've been with them for years. At least I've been paying my premiums to them for years. They do not have a web site and customers cannot pay premiums on-line. If you know anything about them, please let me know your comments. I thought they were reputible, are they?

Both parents died in 1981 and 1983. I have maintained and paid off the home and yearly realestate taxes. I do have siblings that have refused to sign quick claim deeds. The home has never been probated in the courts and is still in my parents names. I have also lived in this home since 1981.

I have 35,000 pounds worth of debt in the UK, 25,000 is for bank loans & 10,000 is visa cards. I am planning to relocating to the USA but am not sure if I am going to be able to make the payments,if i was to not pay my UK debts how likely is it that the UK creditors will find me in the USA and if they did what kind of trouble would i be in?
