where can i find a website for nyc long term rentals?

i need to find a website for nyc long term rentals, and it like shows you straight away what matches with your search, it also has to have apartments for the year 2009 coz thats when im moving in (and just to avoid ayone asking why) because im 15 and 2009 is when i graduate from high school and i will hopefully move to nyc.

I would wait until you are ready, no-one is going to sign a lease with a fifteen year old for an apartment they would like to rent 3 years from now.
