I posted a project needing funds for the purpose of multiple business acquisitions about a month ago on a posting board in an investors' website and a private investor wrote me asking for more info. Well, he accepted the project and is willing to back it 100%, but his funds are tied up with a Venture Capital group. So now they want their terms and "cut" for the deal and gave me basic guidelines thus far, although negotiable, and they need my Letter of Acceptance at this point. So, should I send the letter with contingencies within it I am concerned with that hasn't been addressed as of yet, or should I have them address those items of concern first before the letter is sent? Is this letter they asked for just a formality to begin the process of negotiation for an agreeable contract?
Since this area is foreign territory for me and way outside of my realm of expertise, I need some insight on where I stand at this point and how to proceed without possibly offending or looking naive.

I have paid my rent for august, and me and my family have to re-locate, my fiancee is moving on the 5th and I would like to follow shortly after...Is it possible, if my rent is paid, I can leave before the end of the month (for example on the 16th of august??) I really dont see why this would be an issue, seeing as the month is paid and the landlord has a possibility of getting extra rent for the month (ie, if someone moves in mid-month, could he not collect a few weeks rent from then as well as my rent, which would essentially profit him??) thanks for the help.

Is this number calculated by the 3 bureaus added together and then averaged, the middle number, or is it just dependent on the lender. I have heard several things, but I would like to know what the real deal is in most cases when you have good to excellent credit.

Right now I'm working like 15 minutes from home. My mom lives er route to my job, so i drop my son off with her on the way. So, needless to say, it's convenient. My job pays pretty well for a local job... BUT IT'S BORING AS HELL. My day sometimes drags along. I like to be busy all day, so that my day goes by quicker. Which is not so bad, since I start school in the fall & I could use the down time. I've been considering looking around to see what else is out there. My mom says that's stupid as hell. What do u guys think?

I sure as hell don't. Hmmm let me think; my money that I worked hard for, should I have to pay £1.50 for the privilage of using it? hmm no me thinks not. Is it at all convienient for me to spend £1.50 for using my money and in the process be taxed for it an made £1.50 worse off? hmm -No the answer is still NO.

Heres an idea, howe about instaed of me getting off my 'lazy' butt (I work very hard by the way, no pretending to work in some desk office job) and going to a non-charge cash machine (I live in the middle of no where by the way where there are few such cash machines)or not using banks at all, how about cash machines just don't charge you for your own cash - simple everyones happy. Do I understand that companies providing such services require an income -yes, do I care if they only make small profits -hell no. Tbh I think such charges should be passed on to the shop or public houses that the machines are placed in.
