i waste gas money getting there, and when i'm not scheduled they call me in all the time. Should I look for something that Has a set schedul and that pays better even though i've only worked at this job for like 3 months?

You need to look for a more stable job, or a better paying job before you quit your current one. Learn everything you can; three months is not enough time to learn whatever the job entails. This way, when you get an interview with another company, you can honestly say that you have the experience in whatever field you are in currently. You'll have a better chance at getting hired for a better job if you are still employed with the current one.

Yes, because your asking. Stand up for yourself and say no when thet call you if you don't want to work. I bet its a retail job.
