I posted something for sale on Craig's list and I have an interested buyer. It's a large amount and she said she'd get me an eCheck through Bank of America. What is this? I'm new to selling on line.

I sent in my resume and cover letter for an internship in California (I live in TX). The coordinator emailed back saying he would like to set up an interview. I don't know how to respond because it didn't sound like he wanted an in-person interview (plus-a lot of college students apply for this so they know that they are all across the country) I just don't want to sound stupid responding as if it were a phone interview...
My point is that there's no way I could fly there and interview, but I really want this. Hope you understand what I am getting at
Thanks so much

As we know the price of the stock changes every minute, so who and how determines what the price is going to be. Another words why do prices go up and down through out a day?

Who is liable if someone trips over a raised pavement marker in a commercial parking lot? The operator of the lot, the owner of the lot, the installer of the marker? All three? If the answer differs by state, I'm interested in CA, but would be interested in where to look to find state-specific info.

I came up with this idea as a business. Ages 16-24, upscale club, serves food, non-alcoholic. I figure kids those ages have nothing to do at night and they miss out on the nightlife or hanging with friends. I do not know what the ages or laws would be though. I don't think there's anything like this in the city.

Suggestions please!!!

I decided to join the army after I broke up with my long term boyfriend in March. I have passed all the tests, and am waiting for my offer, which will be ready for me to sign in less than two weeks. In April, I found a good job as a sales assistant at a new homes salkes office. It's 25-35 hours a week at $12/hour. So I make between $550-$650 every two weeks. The army is going to pay me a little more, and to go to school for the first year, too. I have to get though 2 months of Basic Training and 2 months of Soldier Qualification before I start learning my chosen trade, which is like a computer/communications engineering technician. Thing is, I am really good at my sales job, too. I've been here 4 months now. I'm not sure I want to leave. This is one of the best jobs I've ever had. What if I don't get though Basic Training and I can't get my job back? I'm confused. Any ideas or advice?

My boyfriend is supposed to get a 90 day evaluation at his company which he began work at on May 1. Would his evaluation be August 1st, or do they count actual business days? The company has employees that work some weekend hours, though his position does not require it. What do you think?

by the most ghettoish coworkers. I'm pretty sure I'll end up in working similar environments since I'm no Phd, M.D., or DDS. I myself grew up in a surburban environment, where the kids enjoyed movies like the Breakfast Club, listened to rock and had this almost idyllic view on how good life is. At past jobs, I would keep to myself and not engage in much conversation with the lovers of Fifty Cent and Big Pun "music", if you can call it that.
But being obviously Hispanic, I know these people started looking at me like I was a "sellout" because I didn't share their urban tastes.
I think it's much easier to deal with this as a non-minority. If you 're Caucasian and ignore thuggish looking coworkers at the job, they don't bother you.

I'm hoping with age this won't be too much of an issue. But in the meantime, while I still appear youthful, I'd like your feedback on what mindframe I should go into at my next job.

Thanks.
