The first thing is to take a job that doesn't require you to have time contstraints. If that's not possible you may want to quit. But if you like your job you may want to ask your boss if you may leave early and if the boss thinks it is a good reason such as my family is dieing or my home is flooded or I cut myself and require stitches. Bad reasons include I'm tired and I would like to go to sleep, I want to go home and play video games, my dog needs to go to the bathroom, my kid has a toothache. Gone to dentist........
Still sick.... Had a terrible weekend.....
have a doctors appt this morning and a dentist appt this afternoon
At home nursing a bad head cold
Mother fell need to take to PCP this morning will be on before and after
Still having problems with ankle. Going back to doctor for re-evaluation.
Have repairmen coming in to look at problem in kitchen.

Say your car made funny noises on the way in to work and you made an appt at the mechanic's, who just happens to close 1 hour before the end of your work day.

Just do what I do, say boss you know what? today this place really blows, and sense I like my job, and you I think it is best If I go home now before I really blow my top and say something, that will get me fired, it's really not this place I just have allot on my mind and stuff going on at home that I really can't get into, But I really got to go, befor I blow-it all.
