Sometimes organizations create lever that exist within silos, without consideration as to how they affect each other or the overall organizational culture. For instance, if senior management creates motivational policies that support team involvement (as part of a desired culture) yet the organizational structure does not allow for teams to have decision making authority or team autonomy, then these two Levers do not work in parallel or "in concert" with each other. The Levers should be designed to create a synergy that, together, directly supports the core ideology and culture of the company. If the Levers are not in sync, the culture will not thrive. All of the Levers must work together to support or change a stated culture.

I have never had a major purchase that I fianced such as a car or a home. I have also never had a credit card.The only negitive thing or positive I have is old medical bills that have been sent to collections and it anly amounts to 2200.00$. The most recent one is from 2004.

In the United States, do checks have to be cashed by a certain date? Do they expire? If so:

When?
What is the legal basis for it?
Do banks follow the rule? Or do you need businesses to issue a new check.

My land lord wants me to pay an extra deposit on top of my pet deposit because she clams that because I have a dog (who is house broken) that he might pee on the tile floors which would ruin them causing her thousands of dollars in damages. Have you ever heard of any tile that can be destroyed by dog urine or is she just trying to get more cash. I asked her they needed to be cleaned with any special floor clener when i mop she said no. I would think that some cleaning produts would be harsher on her floors then if my dog had an accedent.
