The field is extremely over-saturated nowadays due to a lot of work being done on computers so the level of artistic talent required to get a job has decreased. You need to have a portfolio with your work to start. Honestly, no one is going to take you seriously if you don't have a portfolio, experience, a degree and at least a little talent. You are definitely not going to walk in the door and start off writing commercials with no experience whatsoever. You may think you have wonderful ideas but writing is not all about ideas. There is a lot more to it than that. And, judging from you're grammar and spelling, no one would give you the time of day if you can't write a coherent sentence. My suggestion to you is to go to school and get some sort of degree in creative writing/marketing. I have heard many people constantly say that they have wonderful ideas that would make great commercials and at the end of the day their ideas are either piles of garbage or the idea is good but not in tune with that clients needs.

You need formal education and more importantly, experience. That comes from internships, freelance, etc. If you really want a job at advertising, go to school.
