Call you city's park and rec department and ask. These things are covered by local ordinances.

You had better check with the city and the park. You will probably need a permit of some sort.

We have aerobics class on parks and mall car parks here in the philippines and the attendees will just put voluntary donations in a box during water break. I dont know how it is there in your country. Maybe you should go ask the authorities or agency involve.

Well, I am not schooled in law. But I see no reason why it would be illegal. But it could very well depend on local ordinances. You may want to check into local laws concerning the issue. But even if it were illegal, I simply can't imagine a police officer enforcing this by coming to the park to break up your class.

You might have to have a permit to do it in the park.
