I recently heard about Bill Gates giving up his Microsoft company for charity. I was really inspired by it but frankly I have always wanted to do it as it comes from my heart. I am just 16 years old. The reason why is there is a big parking lot beside me that the snow sometimes gets plowed up on the side facing our house, and the slope of the land goes towards my house. This was not disclosed in any of the purchase documents, nor during the house inspection. When I complained to the owner of the big parking lot they said, "oh yes, that's a problem, there was a big flood once, every one knows about it...better get your foundation fixed." Nice.

Can I make a claim on title insurance since I feel this information was deliberately withheld? Everyone may have known but I moved in from out of town.

there are various types of stocks in a compan like raw material, stores & spares, stocks in process, finished goods , goods in transit, etc. all these have opening stock & closing stocks given in the balance sheet .and also annual consumption value of some of these is given the P& L a/c like of raw material and stores.How can one draw conclusion from the figures given over a time period of 3-4 years?

I live in a condo in Florida, I am almost ready for my closing, and I just got a call from my lender, that because my condo association has a “slip and fall” lawsuit, now the banks wont close the deal because it’s a liability. Is there a program, or some other way to get around this, that I can brig up to my lender?

Honestly, college is a joke now.

I graduated 3 years ago with a B.S. (no kidding haha, it's bulls***) in Industrial Management and I cannot find a job.

I've even applied at being an assistant manager at Applebee's and they turned me down!

COLLEGE IS WORTHLESS.

Everyone wants EXPERIENCE.

From now on, I'm telling every kid I see, to work right out of high school and to just work their way up in whatever they choose to do. I have friends who did that and are making 40K a year and I'm UNEMPLOYED! I wasted $30,000, all to find out that I need to start at the bottom to get anywhere!

COLLEGE IS WORTHLESS!!!

It's seriously meaningless to have a degree nowadays.

It's almost as if going to college is now viewed as a way to coast for four years. It's true because college is a JOKE now, and it's so easy to graduate. High schools are LYING by saying college is needed.

I really hate creditors.

I was fortunate enough to come into some money and paid off my $40,000 debt. This was in Feb. of this year.

Equifax, is showing several as charge offs. What can I do to repair my credit? I would like to remove the negative marks off my credit...any suggestions?

My banker told me to write the credit bureau disputing the negative reports. Is this true? Who do I contact to remove the negative reports?
