can i file lawsuite against credit reporting agencies for putting someone elses stuff on my credit report and not take it off

Credit reporting agency puts information if they received from its member company like banks. I don't think you can win! Best way for U to file a law suite to collection agency or the company making false report.

You also need to write a letter to credit agency that its false information. They will notify the company to submit respond with proof within 30 days. If they don't respond within 30 days then they will remove it from your credit file.

it is not the reporting company that does it -- the computer is picking up one in the same name information. You must dispute it with them. Go on line to each of them and get the dispute form and the items will get deleted in about 30 days!

do a google search for that......i know that there's a website out there that has direct dial numbers to live customer service reps at hundreds of companies. the site is something like reallivepeople.com or something similar.....sorry.

I dont think u can get a rep... You might have to write them a letter or dispute the item
