I am a receptionist and co- moc (manager of communications) for a large building company, I am in charge of sorting mail, and you know those envilopes that some companies send you to reply with, well most of the employees don't want those, since I must open all of the mail before I can rout it I take all of the envilopes out. I was taught to open all of the mail make a pile and then start routing it. There is one employee who wants to keep these envilopes but by the time I figure out what letters are his I have already thron away all of the envilopes so he comes up to me every day and begins complaining, but I don't know how to fix the problem,

which is where you guys come in, what do you think I should do

oh yah and I know that my spelling sucks, but I typed this in a hurry I need to get back to work

I'm not maxing my Roth IRA every year. My Roth account is listing money I'm short of maxing for each year. Does that mean I can put new money in to fill my allotment from previous years? For instance my allotment for the past two years was $4,000, but I only put in $3,000 last year. Could I put in $5,000 ($1,000 to fill in the allotment from last year and $4,000 for my allotment for this year) this year?

Forbes reports Bill Gates as being the Richest man in the world. They only have access to public records, publicly traded companies, and of course speculation.

Are there billionaires out there that just like to be more private and low key? You can hold billions in off-shore accounts, real estate, trusts, private companies, etc and no one ever knows about them.

My guess is that most billionaires are worth a lot more than what Forbes reports and that the list should be at least twice as long.

Your thoughts?

I was thinking of being a sculpture or a game designer. I love video games play them everyday, but art seems to be more of a hobby. But I was thinking of starting a online business with art, or should it be video game business; due too it be more demanding?

How about the E-Bay workers where they say I don't have to see the item I just sell it. I was thinking about doing it but I don't want someone to take all of my money.

I have been in the data processing field for nearly 2 decades. While it has been rewarding and interesting I am wondering what other career opportunities might exist for a middle-aged male who enjoys exercise, free time, and the great outdoors. Part time would be fabulous.

I just recently bought my first townhouse, using it as my primary residence. I'm going to rent out the two rooms upstairs, while taking the nearly-finished basement as my own room. After I get my taxes back from my first year's payments, I would like to buy another property so I can take advantage of the tax break on the mortgage interest for two properties. OR I can buy it, fix it up, and sell it again for a quick profit.

Any ideas? I don't want to be naive about these things.

I am moving out by the end of July, and she has a $200 deposit of mine, is it fair to presume that she should keep that if there is damage, but I intend on fixing it?

Originally we put the house on the market but had 2 sales fall through due to structural damage.I've asked the executor of the will if he can just give me the house instead of selling it so that I can have a redevelopment project and sell it later on.He wants to sell it for cash £20k less than the asking price and said that I wouldn't be able to keep it and that it has to be sold.My grandmother left me and my brother the house in her will and never said that she wished it to be sold.My brother is in agreement with me on this.Surely we can keep it if we wish.

I desperately need a place in this apartment complex for job purposes, and everything has cleared in my application - except for a review from my last landlord. This last landlord was not only a jerk but is one of the slowest people getting things done that I've ever met. The apartment complex won't finish my application without this letter from him, and I've tried e-mailing and calling my landlord to get him to write it, and he keeps saying he will but it's been almost a month and no letter yet. I'm about to lose the place, and I'd have someone else just write it and forge it but I'm afraid that as soon as I did that the landlord would send his. Help!

I have a BOA credit card and I have a good history in it. The thing is that it has an annual fee and 13% variable APR. Chase offered me 8% fixed APR with no annual fee. I called BOA and they agreed to remove my annual fee BUT CAN'T match the 8% fixed! I don't use my credit card a lot - just need a credit history and religiously pay my monthly fees. Will I keep my BOA or I'll switch to Chase?
