I think that's already been done. It's called Ebay, maybe you've heard of it?

Normally all you have to do to get your business name listed is go to the county courthouse and the county clerk can take care of it. There will be a small fee to register the name.

Then to set up your business, that's another story. If you are talking affiliate marketing (selling other's goods and services) you can use LinkShare or Commission Junction. If you want to sell ebooks, Clickbank is best.

Contact the Secretary of State in your state and get the appropriate paperwork. Let me ask you this...Is Sole Prop what you really wanna do? I thought the same thing, until I reseached the other affiliations of business and decided accordingly,
