this was 1 wek ago do you thing i should call the better bussiness bureau and report his shady transactions??? is it possible to sue him in small claims court??? what legal actions can i take against this thief??

Sounds to me like you got stiffed $100.... if you go to small court, it will cost you more $$$$. Not worth it.. let it go or report to BBB
