I am not one that finds time to shave everyother day. I am wondering if that new or old (NAR) shaving cream works. You know the ones that have the cute little razorless shaver thingy with it.

i had a breast augmentation 2 weeks ago and have been told that if i want to start using the sun beds again i will have to cover them up. what do u think i should wear? a little top?? will this protect the scars enough do you think? or will i need two layers (two thin little tops) or sun screen?
Just dont particularly want tan lines as will be wanting to wear low cut tops as soon as can wear normal bras and will be wanting to be fairly tanned. x

I was at a lecture recently where a (board-certified) dermatologist spoke about skin cancer and ways to help prevent it and treatments and such, and she did touch on skin rejuvenation. I was really surprised when she said that topical vitamin c is 'not stable' so that no one really knows for sure if it makes a difference on the face as there are so many claims about it. She said that the retinoids are supposed to be much more effective such as retin-a. Anyone else hear about topical vitamin c? I found it to be very interesting, and I was really glad that I attended the talk :) Thanks!

I have had my eyebrow ring for about 13 months and it's still healing. This is the second time I've got it done in the same spot. The first one I kept yanking on it by combing my bang, that didn't feel to good so I just took it out and let it close. This one I am more careful with however, I must admit that I don't clean it everyday, but out of a week I would say it gets cleaned maybe 4 days out of 7. It gets that crusty dry crap around the ring and it freaks me out. I clean it with regular dial soap (antibacterial) and the spray (for piercings) that the people gave me at the tattoo parlor so shouldn't it be healed by now or am I just being impatient????

I've always used Daisy disposible razors (2 blades with the little moisturizing strip). But have been tempted to try those Silk or Venus razors. Do they really make a difference?

I've always wondered which one of these is worse. I've never gone to a tanning booth and never will, I'm Italian and tan very quickly, so I always get a nice tan from just being outside. But I've had girlfriends who have gone to tanning booths and know of other people, and I've always wondered if one was worse than the other.

It seems to me that you might get more vitamin D from the sun, but then you get the UV rays so I don't know.

I know it would be bad if you do it all the time. But what about just once or twice with my eyes closed of couse. Would the rays still go through my eye lids or something? I want to tan where the goggles cover too....

I just decided that I would go to a tanning bed for while b4 my Grad Party. Now is there anything I should do extra, like should I use a lotion or the goggles. I didn't really wanna wear the goggles, but does it help? Also, I noticed that my face (like the bridge of my nose and the top of my cheeks) was much more red (obviously) then the rest of my body, should I cover my face w/ a towel or something? HeLp! I use a sunbed about once a week. I like having a golden tan. Spray tans don't work for me. I've not been abroad for 2years and have not made any plans to get away this year.

I slept around 12 and im assuming i swollowed the backing around 2 am because the ball got loose and i couldnt find the backing or the ball this morning, well anyway its now 8:30 am and it looks closed. what can i do? can i just poke another backing in it or do i have to get it repeirced?

I have lots of 3rd degree pimples in my face.
I have consulted lots of doctors but it seems small change for the week but the pimples reappears.

got my ears pierced 2 yrs ago and one of my ears often gets sore in the piercing and last night it bled when i pinched it...it feels like a bump in there like a zit and seems infected, sometimes it's kinda closed like i have to force the earing through...what's the matter?
