I'm not sure what you mean by 3rd degree pimples...but I'm going to assume it's something like a cystic pimple. I haven't tried this (my face cleared up before I could) but I have heard rave reviews about aspirin masks as well as using tree tea oil (applied directly onto the pimple).

For the aspirin mask you'll need 2-3 aspirin tablets. Sprinkle a few drops of water onto the tablets (just enough for them to start falling apart). You can mix the grainy mixture with some honey (which is suppose to be very moisturizing) or aloe vera (creates a protective barrier between your skin and the environment). Next apply this mixture to your skin, avoiding the eye area and don't get it into your nose. Keep it on for about 10 minutes. While you wash it off, use the grainy aspirin to exfoliate your skin. Once it's washed off, use a toner to get rid of any residue and moisturize with whatever moisturizer you use. Some people use oil (jojoba, emu, olive to name a few) as moisturizers.

DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ASPIRIN.

And you should probably only use this at most 2x a week. Over exfoliating your skin isn't good either. As for the tree tea oil, Burt's Bees (if that's available in your area) is a good one. Oh, and your skin may worsen slightly before it gets better. Since your skin is trying to get all the bad stuff to the top.

You could get lots of acne creams or miracle creams but if they dont work it could be something in your diet. Im guessing this is concerning you and you probably have a good skin care routine but i would ask the advice of a dermatologist which you can find in there wide spread salons, they will give you a complete skin analysis and get to the root of the problem.
I hope this helps xx

It probably is not external but internal, what most people do not know is that most acne is created by internal hormones and toxins.

So it really does not matter if you take topical solutions they may work temp. but for the long haul they will not help you if your acne keeps reappearing.

Try a pill like acnezine

Proactive works pretty well.Try that, and see if it works. You have to use if for at least 2-3 weeks to see if it will work for you.
