Part of what is going on is what you are eating. Certain foods in some people create a odor in the sebaceous glands. Secondarily, you could have a fungal or low grade bacterial infection in the sebaceous glands. The washing is always good, but treat yourself for jock itch even if you don't see other signs. If you are chowing down on garlic, onions, curries or strong spices, lay off them for a month. Or, just go to a dermatologist and get either a run of antibiotics or anti fungal prescription meds.

You really need to start using a good cleanser in the morning and night. Before you go to bed apply an exfoliant to your face and leave on over night. A good one is IS Clinicals Active Serum, available at medical spas. Make sure you are using a pharmaceutical-grade skin care line and not one from the drug store.

Wash your face morning, noon, and before going to bed at night. Make sure to lather your nose extra good and rinse very well. Cut back on fatty foods and sweets. Drink plenty of water.

firstly have a shower to open up your pores, then use an exfoliating cream and rub it into your face, or you could use an exfoliating sponge as its easier. Then you might wanna get a cleanser for greasy skin types.
