im very intersted in getting my nape pierced. i read online its just liek a pinch, is that true?

it it hard to sleep at night or lay down?

how long does it take to heal?

is there any special care to take care of it besides sea salt soaks and piercing care solution

how long does it hurt afterwards?
how do you change the jewlery? do you need to go to the shop to have it changed?

i know that it has the risk of migrating and/or rejecting. i have 8 piercings already so i know how to take car of them, mostly ears (3 cartilage and 4 lobes, and my navel)

does the nape piercings hurt less when being pierced compared to a cartilage piercings?

There are 2 kinds of UV (ultraviolet) light, UVA & UVB UVA is the kind that gives the good tan, and doesn't cause cancer. UVB just makes u burn, then causes cancer. UVB is the kind used in tanning booths because UVA can't be controlled to make a lightbulb. So why do tanning booths say "better than the sun? WHy can't they just be honest and sell sprays instead?

Looking at my avatar, what can you say about my country of origin, age, my personality, and what would a suitable name for me be?

This is supposed to be a psychological question regarding preconceived notions.
I appreciate your time and effort in answering this question.

I used eye cream for the first time the other night and I woke up with puffy eyes. I think it's due to too much hydratation... but what do I know? That's why I'm asking here.
I've asked this question yesterday and I clearly stated that it's not an alergy but people (that obviously don't know much) kept denying it. Oh wait, now that I think about it it's pretty logical! Having an alergic reaction ONLY, I repeat, ONLY if I sleep with the eye cream. Because while I'm awake with the eye cream nothing happens.
Don't you think that If I had an alergy to one of the components in the cream I'd have puffy eyes a while after putting the eye cream on? Because I do.

I'd really appreciate it if someone that KNOWS what s/he is talking about would answer.

Thanks in advance.

I had my lip pierced before, but my mother threatened to rip it out (she freaked, it was kinda funny, lol). That was about a year or so ago, and I really miss my piercing so I'm thinking of doing it again (yes, in a different spot on my lip)... my stepsister recently did hers (same age, but doesn't live with me) anyways, she said that if it's pierced on the lip, not the labret, it doesn't scar? Mine didn't scar, but idk... Anyways, I eventually want to do my nose aswell. Do you guys have any suggestions or opinions?

(please don't start with the "you really shouldn't do that if your mother was that upset about it in the first place" stuff, I realize that.)

Many people have suggested to stay out of the sun to avoid getting tanned. Well, I did just that. I wear long sleeve clothes, long pants, and avoid going out unless is necessary. While my face, arms, and legs are noticeably whiter, the area from my hip to the upper part of my thigh (which remains covered 98% of the time) is darker. What's up with that?? Yes, I used to be fairly white back then but went to the beach...and you know what happened. Is there a way to even this uneven skin tone?

So, I used my new eye cream yesterday night for the first time and I woke up with my eyes swollen. Like when you've been crying a lot and you go to sleep and the next morning your eyes look as puffy as they can look? Ok, kinda like that. I know it's not an alergy beacuse I had no itch or eruption or redness or pain anything. Could it be that they were too moistured? is that even possible?
I applied the eye cream on the sides of my eyes, on my eyelids and right underneath the eye.
I'm using eye cream because it's not recomendable to use the cream you use on your face in your eyes as well because it's not made for that and it could leave them puffy. That's why eye creams were created. Besides the skin around the eyes is the first one to show sings of aging and eye creams help with that too.

The puffiness DID dissapear... but I never ever have the eyes as puffy when I wake up unless I had been crying the night before.
