I have been in puberty for a while. I have grown a lot of leg hair, a little bit of facial hair but I dont know but what stage I am in. My parents are short (mom=5, dad=5"4). I am really worried that I am done growing. I am wayyyy too short. My brother is about 5"7 and he is 18, but at my age I am pretty sure he was shorter. What age will I stop growing completely height wise? I want to be at least 5"9.

I've been biting my nails since I can remember. I cannot recall a time when I have had nails above my fingertips. I have tryed all sorts of remedies, from an elastic band on wrist to the bitter polish, which I just got used to chewing. It's even worst now, I have got barely any nails left to work with and now I'm going for the skin around the nails. It's yuck! Please help me, if any one has any remedies that would be great.

Hello. My name is Aboo. And I have a serious problem. I just can't stop picking my nose in public. And it's gotten me fired from my occupation. I was just wondering if there is any type of nose-picking therepy for thtose trying to quit their addiction. Also... I've heard of an occupation called pick-ology. Considering where people help others get the leftovers of what they could not pick themselves. I am very interested in this occupation. Any information on this? Or ways to stop? Best regards
