I don't know about those who are blind from birth, but I have talked to several people who have become blind after seeing, and they tell me that they can see in their dreams.
I used to talk regularly with a woman who was blinded when she was about 7. She told me that there was a boy she really loved that she went to grade school with, and when she dreams, she sees his face on her husband, or on her son, since she hasn't actually seen their faces.
The one thing I do know is that all humans, regardless of whether they have sight or not, do dream.

Well, think about it. Is eyesight the only way blind people communicate with the world?? Are you dreams only visual or do they have auditory or emotional components?
Of course, blind people dream. Dreams are the way your brain discards information or processes it. Without dreams, you end up having hallucinations. If you deprive someone of dreams, after a few days they begin to hallucinate. The same would happen to a blind person.

yes blind people can see the dreams. the people who have got the blindness after certain age they have very great idea about the things nearby them or they have seen so they can dream clearly.but those who are blind from their birth they only know the things by the people nearby talking them. and classify the things wether things are good or bad.and they see the dreams on this basis only.and select they are good or bad dream

I would say that blind people, just with any other people, all have their own way of dreaming, so my answer would be a resounding yes, they do dream and "see" their dreams in their own way

yes, blind people do dream.... everybody has to dream, otherwise you would start hallucinating and losing the use of your senses after a while...
they probably do see their dreams, but with their own perception of what objects look like.... what we would call and recognize as a box, they could perceive/see it as some entirely different object... you dont necessarily need your eyes to see in your dreams... you dont dream with your eyes open
