is it normal for a teenager in highschool not to have much muscles?? weighs around 100, but does not have mucles

Your adolescent body is still growing. Good advice from the previous person who recommended exercise. Be patient. Everyone develops into maturity at a different rate.

primary muscle too plenty muscle skill they could harm me and that they many times think of too severe of themselves primary muscle is powerful, no longer a ton yet nonetheless some skinny skill they could no longer defend me and combat off undesirable adult men as good Lol

It depends on how tall you are, for the weight. And it's perfectly normal not to have muscles in high school. If you want them, work out. :)

Yes--muscles take time, my friend. Just make sure to keep a balance with eating healthy, exercising, and everything else.

To impeove your muscle mass eat more protien and lift weights everyday.
