to some, weight loss takes time. make sure that you combine exercise with diet. the more you don't eat but still exercise, it lowers your metabolism making you gaining weight more. like a yo-yo. you're thin today, fat tomorrow then thin again. ive battled with the weight loss thing and reached the point i've desired but temporary. i gained the pounds back. being anorexic is not good. you have to eat because if you don't, unhealthy mind and body suck! you will also have more health problems in the future. it can damage your heart in the long run. in the past, i almost become bulimic... i intentionally threw up my food. i'm so obssessed on looking better. i even tried diet pills and stuff. i've tried all stuff to lose weight. some were effective. people say i look fine but i don't think i am and i kept on trying. one day, i ended up in the emergency room because i was trying so hard to lose weight in the wrong way because i want it to be faster. half of my body froze. if i were you, consult a nutritionist so that someone is there to guide you step by step. join some sport, go with your friends so you won't get bored and stop. those would be healthier and results are not just temporary. anorexia when overdo, you need to seek help seriously that is much worse than losing 15 lbs. it's not just unhealthy BUT dangerous.

First of all, anorexia is a disease and it is dangerous, it is not a fad, or cool, or anything, and you are almost certain to end up losing a lot more than fifteen pounds. Why don't you try drinking a lot of water, lay off the caffeine, and sugar, and walk like 20 minutes a day. Eat only when you are hungry and only enough to make you full. You will almost certainly lose enough to be at a healty weight without crash dieting. Just a tip. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

no one should want to become anorexic, its unhealthy, your weight is the way it should be, so stop imagining things and get some help and talk to someone about your problem. because if you continue talking and thinking like that you are going to have a big one.

Trust me, you don't want to be anorexic. First of all, that' s like saying you want cancer or AIDS. It's a deadly disease, not a diet.I'm a recovering anorexic and bulimic, and my body is so messed up because of it. Talk to a nutritionist or your doctor about healthy weight loss options.

Please, please don't. I know it's hard...believe me, I have my own problems with my weight. But there are things worse than being overweight. Anorexia can ruin your life, and nobody should have to find that out through personal experience. I can't give you advice to help you with weight loss...but please believe me when I (and others too, I'm sure) say that trying to become anorexic isn't the answer you're looking for.

Starving yourself doesnt cause your body to eat the extra fat, it causes it to eat the muscles. This is very bad and that is also why anorexics look like they do, unhealthy.

That's horrible. You definitely do not want to do that. Unless, you like looking like a skeleton and risking death. 15 lbs is not a huge deal. You may just need to eat healthier, rather than not at all!

15lbs is nothing. Dont treat your body that way just to lose a couple of pounds.

Just don't eat anything. The best solution is to do a double whammy and go bulimic, too. Pig out and then throw up one day, and starve yourself like crazy the next. I'd advise you no to do this, but you asked.
