iam 18 and i have very dry sensitive skin its sore red and flaky on my cheeks and nose i have tryed alot of things but i have to be carefull as my skin is so sensitive what can i use to help my skin its also weather change that affects it too plese if anyone knows any product that can help iam at my wits end

i'm 19 yr old college going guy.i'm fair n god looking .the problem is that i've blach heads on my nose and its very embrassing to me.i'm unable to talk freely with my friends as the blach heads r very clearly visible.what is the reason for blach heads.as i've to travel a farther distance daily to my college,i've to travel through the polluted roads,is that the reason?and my nose is oily too.plzzzzzzz could u suggest me a cream to control the oilyness.i want to know the permanent remedy for blach heads.may be it is home remedy or any other.i cant afford for any expensive treatments as my father donot allow me to do so?
