His ears are normal, but they stick out a little and there is no problem with that.
If he is a bit self-conscious about it, he may want to grow his hair a little, covering just part of the ear.
Go for a layered haircut for guys. Think he will look great with it. But go to a reputable hair salon and get the opinion of a hairstylist.

They are normal size! They just stick out a bit like Will Smith's do. They look fine!!

well actually yes they are the normal size just not normal positioning...as in they poke out more so than most other peoples ears , its just genetics that does that , nothing so bad about it , even mine are like that actually.

Well for the size of his head , I'ld say there just fine (although he looks like someone may be pulling on them to hard (Things that make you go Hmmmm?!!!)
