Not much time for other activites i guess like me. Replace 2 meals a day with the shakes as i did and lose the weight. Eat one normal meal of your own. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. If ur in India it costs u 1320 rupees to start. so simple and so affordable in your place. In Malaysia its double the amount

Make sure you get some cardio and weight training 5-6 times a week plus eat clean. Meaning no junk food, sugary products, items high in fat
