You could be the best looking person on the planet, but without confidence, the the best you could hope for is to be called "cute".
Please keep in mind, however, that there is a HUGE difference between "confidence" and "arrogance". Cockyness is not hot, nor is conceit.

I think her teeth, clothes, shoes... but if she opens her mouth and she has not culture what so ever... not even gold will make her to look hot. I hope it helps.
