Get a body buffer (sugar scrubs are good) and scrub all over your body to let out the younger skin cells. Keep your nails done with a nail hardener and DON'T bite them. Always keep a nail file in your purse to clean up any splits or breaks. Keep your hair clean (but don't overwash with stripping shampoo if your hair is oily, this will cause your oil glands to go into overdrive) and use a protein treatment if you have color and/or bleach in it.
Do all this for two months and I guarantee you'll see results!
