I asked this question long tome ago.

Some things can help but they wont enlarge naturally unless you are still developing.

First of all think positive, i mean it, it helps. Do this while you make some exercise to your chest mussels. By doing this you will strengthen your chest muscles and your breasts may lift up a bit.

In the mean time you can wear push up bras and padded swim wear. By the way, its better to have small boobs than large saggy ones, no offense to anyone. And it just looks more sporty.

Get pregnant. That is the only way to naturally enlarge your breasts. Breasts are like anything else on your body. Can you naturally change your face or your eye color? No, not really, you can put makeup on but it doesn't change the features of your face one iota. You can put on contacts to change your eye color but that's not natural is it. Besides I'm going to let you a little secret. Big boobs are not what they're cracked up to be. Mine aren't all that big and I do just fine all the way around.

Get pregnant...Lol! I just had my baby last Saturday and when the milk came in a few days ago, I literally watched my breasts grow from a 38C to a 42DD overnight. as a long time ago...self esteemed lacking female...i tried everything...should have just got the Gucci set i was looking at...but anyhow...nothing works...i used so many brands that made promises.....even had a pill that had me smelling like syrup....
