What are you supposed to look for when you are on a diet? Like inportant things that you are supposed to look at....

hi, i'm almost 13, and i'm 157, but i grew alot when i was 10-12, but i heard some people say that if you get tall when your young, you won't grow alot later, is this true? what I usually do is drink alot of milk, don't wear too flat shoes. Can u suggest someting else to do? do u think i could be 165?

no it's not a pimple or anything acene related. it's red and it's pretty big, not like enormous. it hurts when i touch it and there was this white circle in the centre of the bump. i accidently popped it and this white liquid dripped out. it's been on my face for about 4-5 days now. i don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. please no i don't know answers.

I am a fair skinned girl. As I have gotten older my freckles have come out more and are more noticeable. I am in my 30s, so I wont grow out of it. Any idea on how to lighten them? I dislike them, and although I am pretty, they bother me. Thanks for any input!
