Both of them are sexy;eyes express what do u want 2 say(When u lie ,others can see this in ur eyes and when u love someone ,he knows also through ur eyes...etc). Don't 4get that people r attracted first to ur face and the eye is a apart of it.Then comes the body ,but i think that guys cares more than women about the body.

I'd say eyes are sexier because how you look at someone rather than how you physically look ultimately tells a newcomer whether you're worth the time and effort to get to know. The eyes have it; they tell an onlooker whether you are inviting (a conversation) or not. So much is done to make the body more attractive that often it's a major turn-off, but nothing can be done to alter how a person looks at you or how you look at them.

They both serve to something. You must have a seductive make-up and hypnotise a guy just by looking in his eyes... and him is yours... But of course that wouldn't have the samen effect if you don't have a hot boddy.
