Oh! I know this. One of my female friends did it!
Get a very nice top or pair of jeans you want! But get them a size smaller than you can wear or get them the size you want to be.
Spend alot of money on them and then you will be motivated to lose weight to fit into them so that you haven't wasted any money!
I hope my friends idea helped!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Well, try going for 2 weeks.
Stay active and out.
When your active u dont think of eating.
Try staying out of ur house.
IF you cant, make sure u keep urslef relly active at home and have a lot of good stuff stored in your fridge etc.
Other than that, find an active activity to get into in the meantime.
Go for a good walk everyday.
Do a few exercises during commercials.
Ull eget used to it,
Then ull make it a habit.
After its a habit then yeah thats all you'll know. :]
Main step is trying to keep it for as long as possible.

Wear clothes you used to fit into but are now a little too tight. Great motivation. Engage in activities that don't allow you to eat for a long time, then when you do eat, only make available healthy food.
Have an accountability partner who helps moniter what you eat.

Get a workout partner or even a chat buddy (like me!) who you can workout/diet with or send pics to once a week to try to impress with your improvements. It will help you to stay motivated to know someone else is seeing and expecting the results, because it's too easy to just talk yourself into going of the diet/excercise for one reason or another. I'm also trying to get a flatter stomach and I'd eventually like to have a 2 , 4 or even 6 pack! I'm pretty fit but I kinda have a pony keg right now :-/

Remember that the stores will always have all that food you crave, it'll be there after you lose your weight. After you have lost the weight you can then indulge occassionally and in MODERATION. It takes very little to survive (think of the pioneers traveling across the US in the early days), so whatever you put into your body, make it healthy for your body to have what it needs to thrive. There are many many yummy things to eat that are good for you. Once you get used to not having a lot of sugars and refined foods, you won't crave them anymore. Trust me on that!

Wear tight clothes that really pinch so any extra food intake will literally make you burst, drink lots of water, put pictures of either yourself or others on your fridge, and most importantly...if you don't buy the junk, they won't be in your house tempting you. For me I do find that the gym helps motivate me especially when you're paying for membership...you don't want that money going to waste, do you? YMCA is about 20 a month if you're a student.

Keep the image of yoursefl in a sexy tank top, low-rise jean or any stuff that show off your waist.
Then you are a little bit motivated.
You may ask some photoshop guru to put your face on a model body, then print it out and put it on your desk, in the kitchen, in your bedroom... May somehow remind you of the thing you are heading for.

here it goes. have a food diary and a thing called a guilty box! every time you eat some thing fattening or whatever write down the full nutrition facts. i know it sounds stupid but it make you want to write less.
if that doesn't help then go to the mall and buy a full outfit that you really love but cant fit into it and place it somewhere in your room where you pass by it. it will make you want to fit into it. get a purse acessories etc.
if you need motivation for free, then get your annoying sibling and tell them everytime you binge, they get to give you a punishment.

Find an activity or activities that you like, like hiphop dancing, kickboxing or swimming or cycling etc..if you are a person who get bored easily, sign up for a fitness club that offers various classes like yoga, hiphop, kickboxing, step, latino dance etc and you'll start to enjoy exercising.
The more you exercise, the fitter you get and the more motivated you become to go on because it just make you look better day by day! :)
