Honestly there is no quick fix - but there are products which will try to absorb the oil in them. Don't use the toothpaste - it will just discolor the pimple and make it darker. Try using a product with benxoyl peroxide in the meantime - for the long term use a product called Proactiv. That product is to prevent acne from occuring - basically if the pimple has surfaced - it is too late, all you can do is wait for that pimple to go away - you want to knock it out before it even comes up. Good luck sweetie.

First of all try not to use any makeup with an oil based foundation because it will most likely clog your pores. And secondly, make sure you have a daily regimen when cleansing your face. If you haven't already, go out and by yourself some face wash, and/or some acne cream.

Rubbing alcohol.

Put it on a cotton swab and rub all over face, but don't get close too eyes, nose, or mouth.

Don't rinse off.

Blot with a towel, and you're good to go. Do this for a couple days and they should go away shortly.

Good luck hun!

Just keep a regular skin routine. I reccommend Neutrogena's Oil Free Acne Wash (the orange facewash). Wash your face morning and night using a small glob of the facewash. Never overwash your face- it dries out your skin and will make you break out more!
