it sounds like a boil which is like a bg pimple. the best thing you can do for it is put antibacterial cream on it twice a day when you get up and before you go to bed. also dont touch it that will just spread the infection. and dont cover it because that helps the bacteria breed.

It sounds like a boil.

A boil, also referred to as a skin abscess, is a localized infection deep in the skin. A boil generally starts as a reddened, tender area. Over time, the area becomes firm and hard. Eventually, the center of the abscess softens and becomes filled with infection-fighting white blood cells that the body sends from the blood stream to eradicate the infection. This collection of white blood cells, bacteria, and proteins is known as pus. Finally, the pus "forms a head," which can be surgically opened or spontaneously drain out through the surface of the skin.

See what happens with putting some antibiotic cream on it overnight. See how it looks in the morning. If it is a pimple or boil, the whitehead will surface. For now, use a warm compress...this will help too. Don't pop it...it will scar...I have a boil scar on my the back of my leg to prove it. Ew, just a little worse than a chicken pox scar...deeper.

it could be a boil, or a pimple, or something along those lines i get them sometimes, either by my nose or on my chin, you just got to bare with it and let it run its course, it'll go away in time if you pick it/pop it and get the stuff out it stops hurting but then there is a scab for awhile and then it can scar just keep ur face clean, wash ur hands if you are gonna touch it and leave off the makeup for awhile! and all will be well but if you do pick at it, make sure you but some antibiotics on it, but if it persists you may wanna see a dermatologist.

Best to leave it alone.
or
you may dare to try the latest tested remedy:
make a paste out of crushed aspirin and apply it on .Let dry and gently wash off.
Else, you can repeat the same with a blob of toothpaste.Let dry and wash.
Dont get too finicky about it,this zit will go after this.

If still the same after few days, then consult a dermatologist.Doc will prescribe antibiotics to fight the puss and infection, if any

Sounds like a boil... need to pop it again and drain the puss/blood from it. If it won't come out on its own, you may need to use a sharp pin or needle. You may also have to do it two days in a row as some will fill back up once.

You have a boil.
Apply a hot compress to it until the red disappears. Then apply an antibiotic ointment and stop picking at it with you dirty fingers. In a few days, it will clear up.
Good luck.

Sorry to say it sounds like a really bad pimple. If it's real bothersome go see a dermatologist and whether or not it's a pimple they will be able to help.

Sounds like a cystic pimple. It's fine, just takes longer to go away.

If this is a true boil in the nose, you should go to your doctor to prescribe Antibiotics for you in addition to drainage if deemed necessary.
