Fresh fruits and veggies. Fresh fish. Olive oil. Nuts and seeds. No preservatives, no sugars, no chemicals, no synthesized oils. Stay away from chemically colored, flavored, sweetened foods. Water. Lots and lots of water. Key word: Natural!

I wanted the same and was recommended dead sea mineral salts from Holland and Barratt to wash in. They have been Absolutely brilliant and I actually cant believe how well they work my skin is now clear! no blemishes or spots nothing! they were only about £5 for a big bag! Or you could take a mineral supplement everyday instead but that would take longer to work.

Drink lots of purified water and only eat fresh organic fruits and vegtables.
No sugars, no soda and no foods that are canned, packaged, processed, prepared, etc. Eat fresh fish, only use extra virgin olive oil. It's basically common sense. Stay away from anything manufactured and eat what is natural!

try going into a 4 week detox. this is where you are cleansing your body of all fatty meats, and oils. its 4 weeks of nothing but pure water, or unsweetened and decaf tea. you can eat fruit all day long.as long as its fruit.your skin will automatically look healthier after one week, and you'll notice you will shed a few pounds too.
